Just Careers Training is currently under contract and party to both the New South Wales and Western Australian Governments UserChoice Traineeship Program.

We offer quality, practical, competency based workplace training / traineeships, designed to be flexible and able to be tailored to your specific workplace needs. Training can be delivered in order to achieve your organisations particular requirements and desired outcomes with reduced impact on normal business activities.

The Australian Government is currently providing funding for businesses to enroll their employees into a Nationally Accredited Certificate. The Australian Government will pay up to $4,000 per person towards each employee's Training & Development. For New South Wales, this training is funded by the NSW Government in partnership with the Australian Government.

We have a wide variety of training delivery options, face to face, workplace and distance correspondence, or combinations of these to suit your company's individual training needs.

How Much does it Cost?

The NSW State Government and Western Austalian Government determines a Student Admin fee which is in line with that states TAFE fees policy.

This TAFE Student Admin fee covers:

• Administration and completion of the training enrolment process
• Coordinating an Australian Apprenticeship Centre to complete a Training Agreement
• Delivery of learning and assessment resources to the student
• Forwarding of the Training Plan to the employer

The TAFE Student Admin fee is a compulsory fee set by the state government every year and is non-refundable.

What Incentives are Available?

Incentive payments to you, the employer, are up to $4,000 tax free for eligible students. In addition, payroll tax exemptions may apply.
