This course requires that you complete a Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Report prior to attending for your course.
This report will need to be completed by your supervisor in a retail food business. The report may also be completed by a supervisor in a business where you have previously worked (must be less than 1 year ago and you must have worked there for longer than 2 weeks).
Bringing in this completed report will mean that you can be issued with your Certificate on the day of your course!

If you do not complete the report before your session, because you have not been working in a retail food business, or any other reason, then you may complete it after your session (you will be given up to 3 months to get this), however you will not be issued with your certificate until you have met all the course requirements.
Please note that once you have met the requirements you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the unit. If you require a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate then you will have to pay the $30 fee for this certificate.
