Compliance with legal requirements necessitates the presence of at least one Food Safety Supervisor in your food business in accordance with the new Mandated Requiments for Standard 3.2.2A of the FSANZ
• The training is applicable to those working in establishments featuring both permanent and temporary kitchen facilities, as well as smaller food preparation or bar areas.
